helptowin's primary data infrastructure is hosted in the Philippines. Where certain functions — such as cloud backup, fraud screening, or technology support — require data to be processed by providers operating outside the Philippines, helptowin ensures that adequate safeguards are in place in compliance with NPC Circular No. 16-01 on cross-border data transfers.
These safeguards include contractual clauses that require overseas processors to maintain data protection standards at least equivalent to those required under Philippine law, and confirmation that the recipient country provides adequate data protection under applicable NPC guidance.
helptowin does not transfer financial transaction data or KYC documents to any overseas entity except as required by international AML standards or with your explicit consent.
helptowin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. When material changes are made — for example, new categories of data collected, new third-party recipients, or changes to your rights — we will notify you by email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Minor updates — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by NPC guidance — may be made with immediate effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of helptowin after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are available on request from the helptowin DPO.
